Anna is the creator and mentor of
media and Erasmus+ projects.
Since Anna founded Life Zone Group in Estonia in 2006, she has created many visibility and dissemination training and mentorship opportunities for key people of youth NGOs.
Her main education is in multimedia production and marketing, and she has more than 20 years of experience with programs Youth, Youth in Action,
and Erasmus +.

Julia is an international project coordinator, experienced youth worker (Youth worker, Level 6, national qualification), educator and trainer (Adult educator, Level 7, national qualification), mindfulness instructor and embodiment practitioner.
Julia has experience implementing projects such as youth exchanges, mobilities for youth workers, strategic partnerships and international youth initiatives. Also she runs local youth work activities with teenagers and young adults, camps, etc.
Julia works in cooperation with NA and provides training for ideas development and project writing, including project counselling. Her main mission is to connect people and opportunities, and to help young people to define themselves.

Elena is an executive coach, international business facilitator, and strategic partner at Life Zone Group.
She has extensive experience in business development and consulting across the diplomatic, public, and private sectors in the Baltics, Nordics, and the UK.
Elena holds a degree in business management and a diploma in executive coaching from ITS London. As an executive coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Elena is dedicated to empowering leaders to discover their strengths, reach their highest potential, and achieve ambitious goals.
In her work she follows the ICF Code of Ethics to ensure an ethical, respectful, and client-focused coaching approach.
She has extensive experience in business development and consulting across the diplomatic, public, and private sectors in the Baltics, Nordics, and the UK.

Mediathon is a training course with elements of a hackathon, round tables, and visits to media outlets. This Erasmus+ KA1 mobility for youth workers, youth NGOs' leaders and communication managers allows like-minded professionals to meet, share good practices and brainstorm new ideas
on the media and communications engagement to promote the impact youth projects bring.

Mediathon programme and methodology are designed for communication managers, leaders, and other key members of youth NGOs from Erasmus+ Programme countries. Participants should be familiar with their NGO background and able to plan future communications and implement them during the following year with the support of our mentors.
Please bring your laptop, smartphone, camera, and any other tools you might have at your NGO
to work on the media content. We will have a lot of practical and interactive workshops to give
a sound and image to your story. If you don't have any tools, don't worry, we will help with that.

During the training course, we will use non-formal education methodology. We will have different elements which will help us not only learn more about the importance of media and communication in
youth work, but immediately start putting gained knowledge into practice and get feedback from peers.

Selected participants will have an access to the WhatsApp chat and dedicated Padlet, where all the required information and internal communication will happen.

Yes, the participation fee is 50 Eur, digital invoices for your NGOs will be provided.
The project is co-financed by the Erasmus+ Youth Programme and the HARNO National Agency of Estonia. However, all Life Zone Group events require extra fundraising to guarantee the events quality.

The Erasmus+ grant, participation fee and Life Zone Group funding will cover the travel costs

per working day, training programme and materials, and follow up online mentorship.
