Prepare for meeting with media representatives and note some tips and tricks which might help to be more
visible locally, nationally and internationally

Online mentorship and guidance will be offered to the participating NGOs for the implementation of the media and communications plans by relevant professionals

Anna is the creator and mentor of
media and Erasmus+ projects.

Since Anna founded Life Zone Group in Estonia in 2006, she has created many visibility and dissemination training and mentorship opportunities for key people of youth NGOs.

Her main education is in multimedia production and marketing, and she has more than 20 years of experience with programs Youth, Youth in Action,
and Erasmus +.

Anna Webster
Julia is an international project coordinator, experienced youth worker (Youth worker, Level 6, national qualification), educator and trainer (Adult educator, Level 7, national qualification), mindfulness instructor and embodiment practitioner.

Julia has experience implementing projects such as youth exchanges, mobilities for youth workers, strategic partnerships and international youth initiatives. Also she runs local youth work activities with teenagers and young adults, camps, etc.

Julia works in cooperation with NA and provides training for ideas development and project writing, including project counselling. Her main mission is to connect people and opportunities, and to help young people to define themselves.



JULIA DEM
Elena is an executive coach, international business facilitator, and strategic partner at Life Zone Group.
She has extensive experience in business development and consulting across the diplomatic, public, and private sectors in the Baltics, Nordics, and the UK.

Elena holds a degree in business management and a diploma in executive coaching from ITS London. As an executive coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Elena is dedicated to empowering leaders to discover their strengths, reach their highest potential, and achieve ambitious goals.
In her work she follows the ICF Code of Ethics to ensure an ethical, respectful, and client-focused coaching approach.
